365ac Terms & Conditions

01Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and 365ac ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 365ac website, all associated products, games, betting services, and any other content or services made available through the platform at 365ac.club. By accessing the 365ac platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the 365ac platform. 365ac reserves the right to update, amend, or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. These Terms should be read alongside the 365ac Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

02Eligibility to Use 365ac

To register and use the 365ac platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. 365ac reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any time, and failure to provide such proof may result in account suspension pending verification or permanent closure.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Providing a false date of birth is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
• You must be the legal owner of the payment method — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account — used to fund your 365ac account. Third-party payment is strictly prohibited.
• You must register only one account per person, per household, and per device. Multiple accounts created to exploit promotional offers will be closed and their balances forfeited without notice.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration, including your full name and an active Bangladeshi mobile number. 365ac may request KYC documentation at any stage of the relationship.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme, nor have previously had a 365ac account permanently closed for Terms violations. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion or a permanent ban is itself a material breach of these Terms.

Where 365ac has reasonable grounds to believe a User does not meet the eligibility criteria, it may suspend the relevant account and request supporting documentation before permitting any further deposits, wagers, or withdrawals.

03Account Registration and Security

Each eligible user may hold one account on the 365ac platform. Account registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, which serves as the primary account identifier and is used for account recovery and security verification. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you.

• Provide your own mobile number registered in Bangladesh. Using another person's number during registration constitutes identity fraud and will result in immediate account closure.
• Create a strong, unique password and do not share it with any third party. 365ac will never request your password by email, phone, or any channel other than the official login screen.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify 365ac support immediately using the contact email shown in the site footer. 365ac will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation.
• 365ac reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and retain their balances pending investigation. Where fraud, collusion, or manipulation is confirmed, all associated wagers will be voided and all related accounts permanently closed.

All account data transmitted between your device and 365ac servers is protected by SSL encryption. 365ac strongly recommends that players in Bangladesh enable any available two-factor verification within their account settings to further protect their account.

04Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

365ac processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and approved bank transfers from institutions including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. 365ac does not accept cryptocurrency or foreign currency payments, and does not process transactions through unauthorised third-party processors.

• The minimum deposit at 365ac via bKash or Nagad is ৳200. Minimum amounts for bank transfers may vary and are shown in the cashier at the time of the transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to fund the account, subject to the method's processing time and any applicable verification requirements. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Deposits made under false pretences, including through fraudulent payment instruments, will be reversed. The associated account will be suspended immediately pending investigation.
• 365ac does not charge platform fees on standard bKash and Nagad deposits or withdrawals. Any charges applied by the mobile wallet provider itself are outside 365ac's control and are the player's responsibility.
• Winnings may only be withdrawn once any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to that balance have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw a bonus balance before completing rollover will result in forfeiture of the bonus portion.

365ac may request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed if required verification documents have not been submitted or cleared. Players are encouraged to complete outstanding verification steps promptly to avoid delays in receiving winnings.

05Bonuses and Promotional Offers

365ac offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any promotion before opting in.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. No player may claim the same bonus more than once unless the specific promotion explicitly permits it.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (rollover) before the bonus amount or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms and is typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount.
• Bonus balances are credited in BDT. Any unused bonus will expire in accordance with the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion, after which it is forfeited without compensation.
• 365ac reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms, or refuse to credit a bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the player is engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any form of promotional exploitation.
• Seasonal promotions during BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, or Independence Day are time-limited. Unless otherwise stated, seasonal offers are not combinable with other active promotions running concurrently on 365ac.

06Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 365ac platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance, and may be referred to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or circumvent platform security measures.
• Attempting to launder money, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using 365ac as a conduit for funds derived from unlawful activity. 365ac takes its anti-money laundering obligations seriously and cooperates fully with any legitimate investigation.
• Collusion between players to fix the outcome of any game, manipulate live sports betting markets, or coordinate play across multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, sharing account access with another person, or allowing any person under 21 years of age to use your 365ac account under any circumstances.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or miscalculated odds to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and the relevant account closed.

365ac employs fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, 365ac reserves the right to take all remedial actions available, including referral to law enforcement where conduct constitutes a criminal offence.

07Responsible Gaming

365ac is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help players manage their activity. All players are encouraged to use these tools proactively. 365ac enforces a strict 21+ age restriction and does not market its services to individuals it knows or suspects to be minors, problem gamblers, or self-excluded persons.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. A limit takes effect immediately once set and may only be decreased immediately; increases require a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure time alerts that notify them when they have been playing for a specified duration, helping maintain awareness of time spent on the platform.
• Self-exclusion: Any player who feels gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During exclusion, the account is suspended and no deposits, wagers, or withdrawals may be processed.
• Support contacts: 365ac encourages any player experiencing gambling-related distress to contact the support team at the email in the site footer. Self-exclusion requests are treated with priority. 365ac will not send marketing communications to self-excluded players.

08Intellectual Property

All content on the 365ac platform — including the 365ac brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and all other materials available through 365ac.club — is the intellectual property of 365ac or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use 365ac for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, translate, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the 365ac platform without the express prior written consent of 365ac. Unauthorised use of 365ac intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

09Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365ac, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 365ac platform — including loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service — whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if 365ac has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

365ac makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 365ac does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information published on the platform, including odds, game results, or promotional details, and reserves the right to correct errors without liability.

10Amendments to These Terms

365ac reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available at 365ac.club/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.

Your continued use of 365ac after any amendment constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact 365ac support to close your account. 365ac will endeavour to notify registered players of material amendments via the mobile number registered to their account where reasonably practicable.
